Guinness Hermitage is an Industrial and Provident Society registered with the Financial Services Authority. We are a member of The Guinness Partnership, one of the largest social housing providers in the UK.
Guinness Hermitage is the parent company of Hermitage Housing Association and Gorseway Care. Together, these three organisations specialise in providing affordable housing and support and internal business support services.
Guinness Hermitage and its subsidiaries together with their partner organsiations, Guinness Trust west region, Kennet Housing Society and Guinness Housing Association, form the Guinness Hermitage region.
The Guinness Hermitage operation spans an area from Hampshire in the south east, to Oxfordshire in the north and Cornwall in the south west with centres of activity in Havant, Marlborough, Bristol and Exeter.
